Employees can now refer any new solar sales organization (dealer) to Kuubix and receive a bonus of $.05/watt on all of their referral’s volume for the first 6 months! With an average system size of 7.5kW, your bonus will be around $375 on every deal.
The clock starts when your referred dealer sells their first deal through Kuubix., and the bonus will be paid when that deal reaches PTO.

Customer Referral Terms and Conditions
The Kuubix Refer-A-Friend Program is offered by Kuubix to reward you for referring our services to your family, friends, and colleagues. As a Refer-a-Friend participant (“Referrer”), you are subject to Kuubix’s Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional terms and conditions for Kuubix Refer-a-Friend Program:
Referral Process. To participate in the Program, you must complete the eligibility form (form above). Eligible Referrers will enter their Friends contact information that will be used to set up a FREE solar consultation with the Kuubix Team. There is no requirement to make any payment or purchase or to provide any credit card information to sign up for the Kuubix Refer-A-Friend Program.
Prohibited Use. You may not post the Kuubix Refer-a-Friend Program link to any third party website or public forum, manipulate or change the link, attempt to redirect or mask the origin of the party clicking the link, purchase or run ads using the link, make any false, misleading or disparaging representations or statements with regard to Kuubix, engage in any unfair or deceptive trade practice, use any “spam” or similar unwanted advertising or promotional materials, or sell the Kuubix referral link.
Disclosure. If you recommend or endorse Kuubix in connection with the Kuubix Refer-A-Friend Program, posted on your website, blog, social media, or other location you must comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s disclosure requirements and include a disclosure statement in your post that clearly and concisely states that you are being compensated when you refer people using this Refer-a-Friend Program method.
Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a person (a “Referred Customer”) who completes a FREE solar consultation with the Kuubix Team and sign a solar agreement. A Referrer can sign up a Referred Customer by navigating to our website and clicking the Refer-a-Friend Program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional or repeat solar consultations and agreements signed by the same Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals and will not earn you additional rewards. Qualified Referrals are subject to verification and Kuubix may deny issuance of rewards at its sole discretion.
Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person. You are expressly prohibited from using multiple email addresses to generate referrals.
Reward. $500 per Referred Customer(s) once the project reaches PTO.
Eligibility. Referrers and Referred Customers must both be United States residents who are 18 years of age or older. Kuubix Refer-a-Friend Program is available only to individuals for their personal use and cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Kuubix’s sole discretion.
No Spam. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding “spam” emails. Emails enclosing the Kuubix Refer-a-Friend Program link must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of the Kuubix Refer-a-Friend Program link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate legal action and exclusion from Kuubix’s Refer-a-Friend Program.
Right to Deny Program Participation. Kuubix reserves the right to stop working with any Referrer or Referred Customer and to deny or invalidate Reward? if the Referrer or Referred Customer attempts to use the Kuubix’s Refer-a-Friend Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of Kuubix’s terms and conditions or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation. Kuubix reserves the right to seek payment for any Reward which were acquired under false pretenses or in violation of these terms.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Kuubix reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
New Dealer Referral Entry
New Dealer Referral Policy
To further our goal of attracting and retaining high quality solar sales organizations (“Dealers”), Kuubix Global, LLC (“Kuubix”) has instituted a Dealer Referral Program to reward employees for referring qualified Dealers.
Employee Eligibility
For purposes of this policy, employees who refer qualified Dealers are eligible for a Dealer referral bonus if the Dealer enters Kuubix’s dealer agreement and sells Kuubix products. The following are not eligible to receive a referral bonus:

Account Executives and other positions whose job description includes earning the business of Dealers as a primary responsibility.
To be eligible for the referral bonus, you must be employed by Kuubix on the payment dates.
Dealer Referral Procedures
To refer a Dealer, complete a Dealer Referral Form at Kuubix.com/referral-bonus. The referred Dealer’s information will be transmitted to the Kuubix Sales team. They will reach out to you with any questions and may request that you, as the referrer, make an introduction to the Dealer.
Each employee must agree to the terms and conditions located at Kuubix.com/referral-bonus in order to be eligible for the referral bonus.
Employee’s efforts to communicate with potential Dealers and refer said dealers must be done outside of employee’s Kuubix work hours.
All referred Dealers will be evaluated consistent with Kuubix's Dealer standards and requirements.
Employees who attempt to improperly seek a referral bonus may be subject to discipline, up to and including termination.
Referral Award Eligibility
If a Dealer you refer is approved by Kuubix and executes the appropriate Kuubix Dealer agreement, you will be eligible to receive a Dealer referral bonus upon that Dealer’s first sale for Kuubix.
If two or more eligible employees refer the same qualified Dealer, the employee who submitted the Dealer Referral Form first will be eligible for the referral bonus.
Kuubix has full discretion to deny a referral of a Dealer for any reason, including, but not limited to: previous termination of relationship with said Dealer or Dealer’s failure to meet Kuubix standards.
Kuubix has full discretion to terminate a Dealer for any reason.
A referral for a Dealer on a redline below $2.15/watt in California or $2.03/watt in Texas will not be eligible to receive a Dealer referral bonus.
Payment Schedule
When you refer a qualified Dealer who enters into an agreement with Kuubix, you will receive a referral bonus in the amount of $0.05/watt on all of that Dealer’s volume for a period of six (6) months. The six-month period starts the day of said Dealer’s first closed sale for Kuubix.
Any bonus earned under this Dealer Referral Program will be paid only after the closed sale by the referred Dealer has reached PTO.
Payments made under this policy are subject to applicable taxes.
Administration of This Policy
The Sales Department is responsible for the administration of this policy, including resolving any disputes involving Dealer referrals. If you have any questions regarding this policy or if you have questions about Dealer referrals that are not addressed in this policy, please contact the Sales Department.
